- Second deep inhale and exhale
- Forward fold, then slow head lift (chin up, rolling up one vertebra at a time)
- Leg cross stretch (hip stretch)
- Forward reach (rounding the back), then open chest stretch
- Side stretch by pulling one wrist overhead
- Hip flexor stretch (bend front knee, lift back leg, push hip forward)
- Calf stretch (reach back)
- Reach up like placing a star on a tree
- Inner thigh stretch
- Standing quad stretch
- Final deep inhale and exhale (filling up with “feel‑good vibes”)
