- Ballet Leg: Squat with heels together, squeeze thighs as you rise
- Tip Toes: Lift heels repeatedly while standing to warm up calves
- Goddess: Wide squat with toes turned out to target inner thighs
- Goddess + Tip Toes: Squat with heels lifted to challenge calves and balance
- Yogi Squat: Alternate between squatting and straightening legs with hands on the floor
- Crab Walk: Stay low in a squat and step side to side
- Side Kick (Right): Stand on left leg, kick right leg out to the side
- Side Kick (Left): Stand on right leg, kick left leg out to the side
- Leg Stretch (Right): Step right foot forward, bend from chest to stretch hamstring
- Leg Stretch (Left): Step left foot forward, bend from chest to stretch hamstring
