  1. Ballet Leg: Squat with heels together, squeeze thighs as you rise
  2. Tip Toes: Lift heels repeatedly while standing to warm up calves
  3. Goddess: Wide squat with toes turned out to target inner thighs
  4. Goddess + Tip Toes: Squat with heels lifted to challenge calves and balance
  5. Yogi Squat: Alternate between squatting and straightening legs with hands on the floor
  6. Crab Walk: Stay low in a squat and step side to side
  7. Side Kick (Right): Stand on left leg, kick right leg out to the side
  8. Side Kick (Left): Stand on right leg, kick left leg out to the side
  9. Leg Stretch (Right): Step right foot forward, bend from chest to stretch hamstring
  10. Leg Stretch (Left): Step left foot forward, bend from chest to stretch hamstring
