Warmup

  1. Shoulder roll
  2. Ballerina-style side stretch (arms overhead, stretching obliques)
  3. Plie squat stretch
  4. [Plie squat position] Head roll
  5. [Plie squat position] Back twist
  6. Big circle
  7. Hands raised with slow pliƩ squat

Workout

  1. Standard squats (8 reps)
  2. Side squats (out to side, then center) (8 reps)
  3. Arm push pedalers (alternating push motion) (8 reps)
  4. Squat and hug
  5. Squat pulses
  6. Repeat sequence from the top (squats, side squats, push pedalers, hug, squat pulses)
  7. Plie squats (4 slow reps, then 8 quick reps)
  8. [Plie squat position] Heel lifts (slow, then fast)
  9. Repeat plie squats sequence
  10. Plie squats with pulses
  11. Standard squat pulses
  12. Narrow squat pulses
  13. Final arm raise and arm out stretch
  14. Self-hug to finish
